Mauricio is a certified welder with over a decade of hands on experience in structural welding, fabrication, and field repairs. He is committed to maintaining high industry standards and staying current with welding techniques and safety practices. As a member of the American Welding Society, he stays connected to industry advancements, professional standards, and continued education within the welding trade.
Mauricio is known for his precision, strong work ethic, and pride in his craft. His focus is not just completing a job, but building work that is strong, durable, and built to last. Clients value his attention to detail, problem solving ability, and commitment to doing the job right the first time.
Itzel leads business operations, client relations, and strategic growth for Royal Welding and Construction LLC. She holds two college degrees and brings over a decade of combined professional experience in sales leadership, financial services, accounting, and tax preparation.
With 6 years as a Sales Manager, she developed strong client relationship management, negotiation, and project coordination skills. During her 4 years working as a Financial Advisor, she gained deep experience in financial planning, compliance, and client trust management. She also brings 6 years of accounting experience giving Royal Welding a strong foundation in financial organization, accuracy, and professional business operations.
Her focus is on creating a professional client experience, maintaining organized project management, and ensuring every client feels informed and confident from first contact through project completion. She is passionate about building a company known for reliability, professionalism, and long term community trust.
